This is a repost. The last programmer was a total waste of my time. I need someone who is serious and knowledgeable with logic programming. I have a PHP/MySQL affiliate site with the following tasks: 1) add a bonus payment feature to our existing affiliate payment program. Members will earn a bonus at different points on the commission scale for our 3 program levels. There will need to be a table in the member area where they can see how much bonus they have earned, and also one in the admin area where the cumulative data can be exported to a .csv file for mass payment. 2) system needs to generate an email to members notifying them that they have qualified for the bonus payment. I would prefer programmers who can work during U.S. time GMT -5 thru -8, so that we can communicate as needed to get the job finished accurately and in a timely manner. You can see the payment chart on our production site, [login to view URL], then click on "payplan". There will be more work for the right person.
