AFL Website Update & Revision

Have two tasks that need to be completed. 1) We need to "open up" our Social Center (social media/networking feature of our site) so visitors to the site can view our Forums without having to either sign in or register. However, we would require a signin or registration if a visitor wants to post a comment on a Forum. 2) There is a partial list of the Forums on the site's homepage. We want a couple of buttons created so visitors will be able to select "Newest" Forums or "Most Popular" Forums.
