Cancel partial orders. Show proper amount processed.

We need the ability to cancel partially cleared orders that were cleared through our merchant backend (either [login to view URL] or PayPal). If we partially capture an order through [login to view URL] and then decide to cancel it, Magento will not allow us to cancel the order and it remains processing. We need to be able to cancel the order and have Magento recognize it as a canceled order. We also have a problem after we invoice an order. The "Amount Processed" always shows up as $0.00 even if the capture (online or offline) is successful. We need this to show the proper amount so when the billing invoice is sent to the customer they see how much was charged to their card. It is also needed for us due to reporting purposes.
