computespectrum alternative

macromedia Flash 9 player has a new function called computespectrum. Another company found at <[login to view URL]> also has a product called flashamp. Both flashamp and computespectrum allow a flash developer to manipulate animations based on the amplitude of the wav file. I need an exact copy of either flashamp or computespectrum but the problem is, I need it to all run on linux. I would like to capture amplitude data and use it in my flash animations exactly like how flashamps or computespectrum allow it. This work is needed for an flash animation that I am doing. I need to do lip-sync for it and i currently have no way of determining the the mouth positions based on the sound file. To improve your chances of winning this job, it will be great if you can also be able to get phoneme data from the sound file so that my flash animation can also know what words are being said. This part is not important but it would be great if you can also do this.
