Datafeed / XML Feed in PHP

Ok. This is a fairly simple project. I want a system that I can simply input a particular datafeed, and that system will create a website based on each individual product. So let's assume a site like [url removed, login to view] has all its products in .xls or .csv format. I want to take that .csv, input it into this particular system (which you'll build for me), and it will produce a site for me. This is a pretty general description, we can chat more privately. Please, feel free to contact me, we can discuss more in private.

## Deliverables

I'll want the whole kit 'n caboodle. Once we talk privately, we can come to an agreement on what, exactly, you'll provide me. But it will be files which I can easily upload to my own server, with minimal configuration.

## Platform

One particular restriction: I want this in PHP. I know the power of ASP.net, and respect it, but for this particular project, I want it in PHP. I know some great coders, but they're exclusively ASP.net heads.
