Convert PHP site to Joomla

I am needing to convert a PHP site script into Joomla. I have a joomla site that I working to expand and would like to incorporate my paid to read and such into it to manage it all from one admin. The site in of itself is very basic and just need to have it converted into modules and plugins etc. It would take someone who knows how to convert the php files into modules and plugins and understand which would be which. The site is going to need a little clean up, but that can be done after getting it moved over to joomla.
