CSV to XML conversion script

create a program (php script) to convert data betwen csv and xml format. The input format will be as in the file [url removed, login to view] The desired output format will be like in the file [url removed, login to view] The program must be able to allow the name of the fields to be mapped/changed. It will show the current input name and allow me to rename the field for output purposes. The output date/time format should be able to be specified (YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY) For example, the input has a fieldname "field9", which in the output, the fieldname should be "chipname" The program must allow new static fields to be added The program must allow some fields to be removed from the xml if required. For example, the input does not have a field for "campaignname", but I would want to be able to add that field to the output (with a fixed data for each record). The settings should be able to save/load (either by cookies or config file) so that when converting the next input file, the settings do not need to be entered again. There can potentially be lots of records. The input file will be loaded via the file upload function, and the output file can be output to browser or to download.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
