Apache MPM module

A complete and fully working [multi-processing module][1] for the [Apache HTTP server][2] 2 and 2.2 version on the requested platforms. It must be a solution with support for virtual host shared hosting. It must be able to run each apache child process as its own user and group, each handling its own set of virtual hosts. Threading is not required in such situation. It must support SSL, and fully support standard production work of Apache with the other modules etc, but in full MPM mode, so that the file will be served using apache under the user-owner of the file, not the apache server user-owner. The module must be complete in 3 months (can be changed if needed by the programmer). And the Buyer must have access to the files to test after the alpha-version, to test as the production progresses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The Seller must describe all vital information for installation, configuration, and usage of the deliverables 5) The Seller must provide help and further programming support for the deliverables for 6 months. ## Platform Full support of FreeBSD (from 4.9 release up to latest), Linux Distributives like Redhat or Fedora.
