Add Emails Sent Per Minute Controls to Mailer Script

We process all of our double-optin subscriptions on our own server. Platform died but we had 99% backed up in Excel. New Mail Program (PHP) only accepts input of one Name/Email at a time. Yesterday my bid to create a simple front-end to read the Excel file and feed through the mailer into an MySQL database was successfully completed. Now we can send out emails to get our existing optin subscribers to re-optin through Aweber. We will then be using their service for all future processing so we don't have more issues like this. But each hosting company has rules about how many emails can be sent per minute or per hour when sending out a large mailing. This is the same Mail Giant Pro script that was worked on under a previous bid. 1) I want the script to only allow 60 emails per minute. A seperate screen already displays the elapsed time and number of emails processed until completion, but it must be "refreshed" manually. I want that to be updated in realtime. 2) Either there is a bug in the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or the documentation is so bad that nobody can figure out how to make it work. Need the "unsubscribe" feature to work. Possibly just documenting how the script works. 3) Document what the "Default Redirection" option does and how to use it. 4) Test program operation to determine if other bugs exist. If very minor, fix them. If anything substantial, will increase payment amount to cover extra work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) Test files must have been successfully processed after installation in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program is MailGiantPro (PHP) on a Linux server using MySQL.
