We need the following:
A CRM database where we can update client status on their progress in credit repair, down payment savings, paying down certain debts, and reestablishing new cards. We will manually update this system but need further:
A client portal where they can log in and check status of this progress
A referral partner portal where they can log in and see the progress on only the clients they refer.
Basically an affiliate friendly portal along with a provate client portal and appx 10 in office users on our end. We house appx 300 clients and 1000 prospects at the time but obviously want endless space. Clients become inactive after about 12 months.
We also need it to integrate to our website for the clients that inquire (import form information).
Needs to be exportable to CSV or XLS
Have graphable description of results for all views
Run general reports on all
Send mass emails as well as single emails to clients with one click
Capture email communication from both Outlook and Entourage
