Create two additional forms in Virtuemart products

We understand you want user to be able to provide additional information ( to customize the product ) in a form that will come up after clicking certain button. After filling up the form the customized product's price will be calculated and the product the can be added to the cart. The Joomla site is using Virtue mart for the shop. Our Query: Do you want two different customization form to come up for the products of two different categories and will the calculation be also different ? Please let us know what will be the fields and that sort of calculation is to be made for calculating the customized product's price. Please provide us the website/shop url ? Please provide us a sketch/mock up the checkout steps you intend to implement.? If you already have the your website hosted please provide us the link.
