Convert mess to Joomla

Hi, I am looking for a talented developer with good experience of both Joomla and PHP. The situation is that I have basic web deisgn skills and have been putting together an idea for my website design. The test design can be seen at [login to view URL] This page is also a test of a php prog that allows viewing of STL files. What I basically need is for this page design to be turned into a Joomla template first of all. I already have Joomla installed on my dedicted server where you will be able to log in. The entire framework of the page may need to be modified, that is ok so long as we work together on the design. The menu will need to be modifiable and room for future expansion such as shopping cart, login etc. Then the STL viewer facility needs to be worked with to make it compatible with the Joomla framework etc. It is a slightly complicated project that may take a few days so I have amounted th project accordingly.
