Adapt customsize pulgin to work in Virtuemart 2.9.9

I have Joomla 3.3.3 working with - the experimental - 2.9.9 version of [login to view URL] work fine, apart from the fact that I can't get the Istraxx customsize plugin to work the way it should. I was able to tweat it to get the installation done, it can be found and activated, but doesn't appear on the product page or in the basket. There should appear a field for lengt, width and heigt for buyers to complete (example: [login to view URL]). I need this to work to be able to get a price calculation based on the volume of the product I sell (customsized foam). Buyer should be able to enter his dimensions on the product page, where price is given right away and the customsized producted can be added to the cart, with dimensions visible/adaptable. Source of customsize plugin is available of cource. Access to system will be granted to make the adaptions. Full payment through milestone.
