be patient animation

I have a page that verify information from my customers. The problem is simple and human, the customer must only click once and after their click there must open a animated layer with 'be patient' or something like that. You can create a animated gif (a few words in dutch), a that gif-file in a layer to the page and add javascript to the page that accept only one click and open the layer.
