appointment book system and managing customers

We are looking for an appointment book system with some managed customers features for a hairdrees salon website. The solution should be responsive (at least for the user interface) and adaptive (if we need to add some more items for example). Customers should have the possibility to booking an appointment (only if the schedule time available). Customers should have the possibility to manage their appointment (if they need to move or even delete the appointment - in case of deleting a fee could be payed and/or a minimum advanced time should be respect). For scheduling an appointment the customer should fill a form like in PBBooking or Jxtc Appointment Book with his contact information. Then he will choose what service he is looking for (depending the service the time will change - example: a hair cut 30 minutes, a nails manicure 1 hour, a color 45 minutes etc). After that he will have 2 possibilities: he choose a professional and then his available schedule time, or he take a available schedule with the professional available for that particular day. After schedule the appointment a confirm mail or a sms should be send for the customer, the professional booked and the manager of the salon and the link to manage that appointment. Each professional will have access to their own calendar with their schedules, customers etc. It will have the possibility to complete each customer file and add notes or suggest/select that particular customer for a promotions for example. Each professional should have the possibility to manage his own schedules (move or deleted). In that case, the customer and the manager should be notified by mail to. Each professional can communicate with his customers by mail. The manager should have fully access to all the professionals calenders (one calendar with all the appointments), costumers etc. Manager will send newsletter campaigns, promo, cupons etc. Customers can change of professional (hairdesser one professional, manicure another professional ...) but files/customers will never be duplicate (no duplicate mail or phone number). The system should be very easy to use with drag and drop features - like drag appointments in calendar to move them. All the notifications should be automated (if an appointment was moved, the move appointment mail will be send, if cancel the cancel mail and so on).
