C# .Net 2.0 Webmail application

We need a C# .Net 2.0 developer to fix/update our Webmail application. We use the [login to view URL] email component ([[login to view URL]][1]) to allow our Webmail to talk to our email server. So familiarity with this component and how email servers work in general would be a plus. You will be working with Visual Studio 2005. Our Webmail also uses some stored procedures to talk with a Microsoft SQL 2000 server. So you must know how to incorporate SQL in your C#. You should also be familiar with JavaScript and HTML in case a client side error should occur. Work Items: 1. We are currently experiencing some session problems that you will need to troubleshoot and figure out why our users keep getting logged out. 2. There may be a cast object issue in [login to view URL] to fix. 3. Performance increases if possible 4. Minor changes in how the email is downloaded from the server. You should familiarize yourself with the following properties: HasAttachments and [login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> 5. General cleanup of the code if needed. You will need to sign and fax back our Non Disclosure Agreement before work can begin. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will need to run on Windows 2003 server with .Net on the server side and work with Internet Explorer 6.0 and Firefox 1.5 on the client side.
