I have a wordpress site that I would like to easily implement something almost exactly like this:

But, instead of having the icons for each person, it will simple be their name and job title. It will not be clickable as we do not need an info page for each person, just rollover their name that adds their image on top of the background image of the chair.
I have attached a screenshot of what I am thinking. We will have about 20 names to rollover but I would like to be able to add more later if I need to.

The rollover in HTML isn't a problem, the question is how do you want to integrate it with Wordpress. Please give more details. Regards.
