Designer For Dynamic Landing Page Generated From XML Feed

I need a designer to build a landing page template. The landing page needs to be dynamically generated by passing the keywords through in the URL. The keywords will then be passed through into an XML feed that contains the information to generate the landing page. The final landing page will contain PPC ads based on the keyword that was passed through. It needs to have a clean and professional design.
