Delayed Email Autoresponder

I need a simple script that allows me to reply with delay to people sending me an email. This is a quick rundown of how it must work: - Senders mail is received to one of my email addresses - A delay of X hours/days after, an autoresponse is sent back to the sender (must quote the original email or the subject must say RE: 'original subject') -(optionally) X hours/days later another autoresponse is sent to the same sender. That's it. I must be able to define X and the autoresponse. This script must be efficient and reliable. - I need both responses to be going straight to the sender inbox each time. Very important. No Spam box. - Need to be able to send Html/Text in response replies Script needs to allow me to do the same thing for several email accounts I have setup on different domains. ie. I need it to allow me to set a different auto reply for each email account. And of course auto reply to all email accounts simultaneously. Script also needs to be able to archive all the emails that are received. Need to be done in PHP, and I need this fast! Access to cPanel will be provided. Thank you
