Custom Zoo Element

I need a custom element for YooTheme Zoo. The element must allow users to submit links to websites from the frontend similar to at this site: [login to view URL] The element will create a table of links on the frontend and add the links to the table via javascript (ajax?). The element will have administrative settings to set: Thank You message after link has been submitted To set access level (Public, Registered, Special) The item view of the element will allow the user to enable the element by selecting yes or no. Much of this element's functionality can be take from the Form Element 'Link' from Zoo YooTheme's default elements.
