Custom Prestashop 1.6 changes and fix -- 2

On my website i have On checkout a field : Nr. Reg. Com.(sau CNP) * i need to make it not required but still showed for customers. (the reason is this field is more for company clients but my website is opened for bouth category of clients.)

Second job if we finish first can be : After click Finish Order on : [login to view URL] i get white page, if refresh and resend i get : Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart. But the order is saved in backend.
