Create a new WordPress Button Generator Plugin

We need a new WordPress plugin created that will add a floating vertical button on the left, or right. (Similar to [url removed, login to view])

On the Settings page

1. the user can specify whether he wants it on the left or right hand side of the page.

2. There should also be a text input field where the user can specify a value (such as "Follow me", or "Tweet This"). This value will be used to generate the vertical button.

3. In addition there should be an icon (e.g. the twitter-bird in the link provided above) that the user can have above or below the text.

4. Optionally the user can choose to display another icon below/above the text (opposite of above).

5. The user should also be able to specify the height/width of this button (or pick from a handful of pre-specified sizes).

6. The user should be able to pick the background color (using color-picker) for his button

7. We should offer the user at least a 12 different graphical choices (as in button looks) that he can directly pick from without going thru the generation process.

8. There should be a check-box that user can turn On/Off to include two of our other plugins when this one is installed

I'd also like to get a box added to the WordPress Dashboard installation for "News Updates" that we can remotely update with new content/news-updates. Please make sure that you know how to do this.
