Convert Flash Website to joomla + create custom template

This Project will involve: converting/creating the look and feel of the Flash website <[login to view URL]>? to a joomla installation. The work must be done on a demonstration server (somewhere other than the production site) Some change to the look and feel of the site is permissable, so long as the overall appearance, Color scheme,? graphics, and logo's are the same. A shopping cart must be added to the site. A forum must be added to the site. Deliverables will be provided by the coder as? a zipped archive the goal being: unzip the file, backup the existing site, upload the new site, install the database(s), be operational. if any problems develop, the old site can then be quickly restored, allowing the problem to be troubleshot, identified and corrected.
