Consult Needed

THIS IS A CONSULTATION REQUEST ONLY (for now). I have an upcoming project that I need a consultation with a professional. This consult will help me estimate the budget needed and working requirements. Once information has been gathered, then a project budget will be placed for bidding. Of course, the consulting freelancer gets first dibs. Here is the project (basics anyway): Creating a customized children's book using a custom-designed character (avatar) as the main graphic in the story. The deliverable will either be an online movie that can be saved/downloaded or sent to a printer that will create an actual book to be shipped to the online user. Details: 1. Is this doable? 2. Consider a combination of [login to view URL] avatar creation and [login to view URL] (ice champion) flash game. Once you create your avatar it can be placed into pre-existing stories that will either animate or "fill-in" for printing. 3. Does this exist already? 4. The website will require account setup, ability to purchase online prior to creating anything, a database of some sort to store the account information and any pre-existing templates and site security(https). 5. The interface must be fun and easy to use - the target group is parents with children up to 12. This is a client-requested project; therefore something will materialize - but I'd like to consult the professionals first to see what is possible. Like everything, the budget is small to medium and depends on the work involved. As a professional myself, I have a good idea of what it may take, so I need good programmers in both data-driven information, flash, web and possibly design.
