Charter Transportation Website Design, Requires Backend

I will need a website for my company Charter Transportation.com. My company specializes in offering services like that of a travel agent, except we specialize in only charter transportation. I need a way for prospective client to easily navigate through3 different mind navigation tabs dedicated to air, land and sea charter transportation. One selecting that I need a map/, or listing so customers and easily find my closest locations to them geographically. This must be easily updateable so I can add or delete locations at any time. Each page also needs to have easily updateable advertising space that I can update via backed control panel. Once the customers select a mode of travel and the location which is closest to them I need them to be able to fill out an online form that will have customizable fields 9that I can update from the backend) and when submitted, will email them to me, as well as a list of service providers that my backend will contain, however the service providers may not be able to se the customers actual return address. They must contact me to gain that information. The backend needs to contain databases of customer email address, as well multiple lists of service providers that may only be viewed by the admin. It must be secure so that nobody but the admin can ever access this information. I would also like to have the capabilities to have, and manage my own affiliate program so I my monitor how many reach my site though links posted on others sites, as well as be able to know how many people click on the ads posted on my site. I will also need this site to be search engine optimized as well as contain the necessary Meta tags for maximum traffic The sites audience is customers with money to burn looking for extravagant methods of travel, so the site must look attractive, make people want to use my service, as well as convey a sense of elegance, extravagance and professionalism. Once the site is near completion and I am happy with the design I will need it upload on my server.
