Changes to Rich Text Editor

Make changes to a javascript/dhtml based Rich Text Editor (RTE). Our RTE is similar to Google's RTE. The list of required changes: - depending on which text font the text cursor is currently in, place a small arrow pointing at the font on the font selection panel, when the pull down font panel has been selected. - same for font size (see Google RTE font size panel for an example, except I want a tiny arrow, not a dot like they have) - when I click down one of the buttons to the right of and including font, hold it down while the below panel is visible (not destroyed). Right now it is popping up as soon as I move the mouse off the button. - when I type please change it to single spaced instead of double spaced. - finally: place a drag handle on the bottom right of the text box. I would like to be able to dynamically resize the text box at any time... when resizing it, the text should flow and wrap to fit of course. - do not let the text box resize get any smaller on the horizontal axis than the toolbar itself. And don't let it get smaller in the vertical axis than one line of text at the default text size. SEE ATTACHED GRAPHIC FOR THE RTE UI. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Source code for the RTE will be provided as well as an HTML test page containing the RTE for Internet Explorer 6. The code deliverable should be a set of modified source code files WITH a Word doc describing the changes to the code.
