Brokerage Managing System

This project is for a management and proposal system for a brokerage company for their day-to-day operation, the product includes the following sections. 1. Product List, a list of products each item will be associated with a vendor and have a category, with a option to easily import or update new items from an Excel sheet for easier updating and uploading. 2. Contact List, the contact list includes vendors and customers, each contact could have multiple shipping locations, and be associated with multiple different product categories. 3. Contracts, the ability to view and add contracts per contact, we will manage contracts by the quantity of product categories and the ability to add five different alerting scenario depending the stage of the contract. 4. Order Proposal, from this option we will be able to add items to a proposal, apply items from existing contracts, the ability to price and manage shipping, e-mail PDF quotes, e-mail all vendors associated with a product category of a proposal for pricing, e-mail final PDF orders to vendors and customers and track the stages of the order.
