Aweber + cookie creation

Hi, Thanks for looking at my bid request. This is a very simple job that will take an experienced programmer no more than 5 - 10 mins. I have a site with an Aweber form on so that I can collect name and email addresses. Once a visitor to my site enters their name and email address, I want to capture these details in a cookie. Then on the next page I want these details to be auto filled into another form. ## Deliverables Here is a step by step: 1. The user will enter their name and email address into the aweber form and click submit 2. The user will be taken to the next page. All they will see is a box and another submit button that says "enter your website address in the box below and click submit". But there will be two hidden fields (name, email address) that will be filled in from the cookie that was stored from the first page. 3. The cookie will fill in the hidden input boxes so that when the user enters their website address and clicks submit, there name, email address, and website URL will be stored in the aweber form. I can create the aweber forms and web pages. All that I require is the setup of the cookie, the code that will populate the form with the stored cookie details, and the code to make the boxes hidden.
