Aweber Integration to Custom Download Buttons

Hello,

I have created 2 custom download now buttons for my website and it offers a free e-book upon entering your email on the address field. I need to integrate my aweber account and the aweber webform function without having to install the premade aweber form because I have already made a custom photoshop download now images for it. I need a developer who is good at wordpress and can do this job very easily.
