Automated System

We are looking to get an automated system created that can run on the Blogger platform. It must be able to check the cost of certain items and the monthly payments for them. The system should be able to automatically check the prices without someone needing to manually make changes. When someone goes to our website, they will search for the lowest payment option available for each item. They will need to type in some information to allow the system to select which payment option is best for them. The different payments should be in order from the least expensive to the most expensive. We would also like users to get an automated email when the price for the item or payment is lowered. We will give more information privately to those who we think are a good fit for this project.
