Authorize.net API module that will submit/process successfully my form to Thank You page

I have credit a PSD that I need HTML/CSS. The page has a form on it that I need to be able to submit payments to [login to view URL]'s gateway. The user needs to be able to enter in the amount of payment ($1.00 min) to submit ... he needs to enter all fields required. Needs to have error checking not he page to give back to the user. Once the page processes successfully the next page would tell them so. PHP HTML and CSS are a must for this project. I will provide the rest. I'm looking for the coder to bid on how long this will take... I need to have something ready by next week sometime and will be looking at this in the bid. ## Deliverables 2 pages PHP to process [login to view URL] payment process and give back the success or reject code. I provide all the coding and will communicate with the coder once its done. I would like to move quickly and will provide anything that is needed for the coder to succeed. All fields are required in the project. No database is needed to capture the data at this time. Just be able to put the API for [login to view URL] to accept payments made by the user. will provide PSD once the project as been started.
