Add ajax and functionality to already designed shopping section of website

Hi, i have this section of my site which is a shopping section, with the usual shopping cart, basket and checkout, the good thing is that it is an internal shopping section i.e. no dealing with PayPal, or anything like that, it just deals with my database. I have designed all the pages,
[login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], it is all ready in web format for someone to add the Ajax to make it all run, like the php and ajax etc... I would do it myself, but i am running behind on completing the site, so my attention in on other sections of it, which is why i am looking for someone to do it for me.
I will provide all the necessary pages, and the database so you have all the tools needed to complete this project.
I need it done via Ajax because i want the shopping cart to run smooth and no refreshing of the page.
In terms of the products, there are not a set number of products, they are all taken from the database which can change at any time, i have already coded the output of them in PHP, so all you have to worry about is the cart and basket sections.
Below are the list of objectives that need to be met;
Add product to shopping cart,
Remove product from cart,
Update quantity on cart,
Update totals on cart,
Display current shopping cart in basket,
Display shopping cart products in checkout area,
You need to get it to the point where all the products are in an array, with product_id as key and product quantity as value, i can then handle the input into the database. I know this probably sounds complicated, but once you see the pages, it is pretty self explanatory, however, i will be around nearly 24/7 for any assistance.
