Add Google Checkout and fix some issues

We have following tasks for the retail website ([[login to view URL]][1]): 1) Add Google Checkout According to Google Checkout option descriptions, we want 'Custom shopping carts' <[login to view URL]> =============== Quote: How it works Buyers visit your site, add items to their cart, and choose either your standard checkout process or Google Checkout. If buyers select Google Checkout, their shopping cart information is automatically sent to Google as an XML file via the API when they sign in and confirm payment and shipping details. You process the orders using your existing order processing system To integrate with your custom-built shopping cart, choose one of the following: We want Option 2: Integrate your cart AND order processing system Send shopping carts to Google via an XML-based API. Process orders through your existing order processing system. Integrate using the XML API Developer's Guide ======================== Our website has standard and customized coupon codes (buy 1 get 2nd one $10 off). Both must be carried into google checkout. Plus, if customer selects google checkout, a 3% of total amount should be added. For example, total cost in the shopping cart is $200. In our checkout process, the final is $200 but in Google checkout the final is $206. The checkout page should look like the picture attached. You can logon our website to do some tests of the coupons: username/password: <test@[login to view URL]> 2) The large banner picture on the homepage randomly shows up and disapears. Usually the picture disappears on first time load. After refreshing the picture shows up. See attached screenshots. We want the banner picture always show up on homepage. 3) Some customers said our website has virus/malware. The worker needs to check the website and clean all virus/malware if any.
