Active Collab Calendar Enhancement

We are looking for someone to create an enhanced calendar module for active collab. ([url removed, login to view])

This module should allow us just like in Outlook/Entourage/Google Calendar schedule a users whole day by hours.

Requirements:

- Be able to schedule day by hour/half hour/quarter hour and allow for reminder scheduling

- Administrators and Users with appropriate permissions should be able to get a complete report/view on users schedules

- A full monthly, weekly schedule should be available as report/view

- Schedule should offer monthly, weekly, daily schedules for one or all users

- System should notify of conflicts (time overlaps, or overbooking with override and visible notification of areas of overlap)

- System should be able to consider holidays and have alerts (per user with override capability)

- System should be able to export to outlook, google calendar, ical

- System should be allowing printing of monthly weekly daily schedules

- System should allow managers/administrators to specify what days/times are rated overtime (and notify manager/admin of the total overtime hours scheduled per user/employee)

- System should take account for any tasks, tickets, pages created within ActiveCollab and should let managers and users specify/modify the time they need (with notes/comments).

This module has to function as standalone module and should not modify activecollab's core files. However should place / or sync information with activecollabs calendar.
