AJAX Star Rating Input

Currently, we have a review system already built and working on the site.
We just need 1 screen on the Submit Review page to offer a simple AJAX interface that allows a roll over of stars and hold the information until the data is submitted. Currently it is using radio buttons but we want to change that to stars.
All the artwork will be provided. You will only need to put the JS code to implement the star functionality.

You'll notice that you roll over the stars and then can click for each rating. The sample AJAX Star rating from the [url removed, login to view] site has too much granularity (84 hotspots). We only want 1/2 star increments with 5 stars so that should be (10 hotspots).
This should be really easy and straightforward. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
I would like this finished as soon as possible. Once completed, please give me instructions on how to install this on all the other review submission pages.
