A few simple changes on website

I want some simple changes on www.plz.su. They are the following: 1) Logo height has to be bigger, so that the logo will look like this: [login to view URL] 2) In the 2nd column remove the bar with: "Latest sick videos on SickBrainz". So that the search bar is on top of Column 2. 3) The size of the full website has to be a little bigger. I'm using a smaller screen for my computer than all the other standard screens and the site looks like this: [login to view URL] I want that it only shows 1 cm of the background on the left and right side of the website. 4) Column 1 & Column 2 need to be wider. So column 3 will be a little smaller. To save the details, I made a picture to make it understandable how I want it: [login to view URL] 5) In Column 2 I want that the pictures are much bigger. (See picture for exact size). Also the title and description have to be like on the picture. Right under the picture a line has to be, and under the line the older post. The picture shows how I want it to be. PLAN: I'll send the file of the website to the chosen webmaster. He'll change the site to my requirements and send the file back. I'll instantly check if everything is done & the escrow payment will be released immediately. I Want this to be done within 12 - 24 hours. The price I'm looking for is around $50 - $100.
