cute online eCard apps

I need a online application that allow people to send eCard to their friends. The apps will let people select a body from website, pick a photo from their hard disk, crop out their head per selection, than it will show themself as a B-o-b-b-l-e-h-e-a-d !!! and they can move their mouse to move the head, hit it head the head will return in a faster moving motion... swing... left and right! And they can send the link to their friends, and they can add the link to some social network website. It will store in our website. Will be really great if it will able to link to facebook or even become an facebook application.
