cpanel backup

i am looking for a web site which i will show you a design layout and it will be to manage cpanel backup and plesk backup. it will be have users who can? schedule a backup to an ftp site (when a user is created admin will setup ftp details for that user)? schedule will also have option to choose to backup time and day and so on user will have option to see all their backup files which was done on the ftp folder admin can disable user account or suspend if disabled or suspended user will se message if disabled they will se disabled message or suspended message. there will be email notification of? successful? backup or failed backup to user admin will be able to set how many backups user can do at a time and the backups will include emails - all files and folders and database user will be able to download all files that were backedup this whole system will run on linux server with sql database (cpanel hosting or plesk hosting) you may use php - ajax ? and my sql
