Desktop app - adobe air, titanium... web-based, database

Hello, i need an professional who can develop a desktop app. I dont know whats best solution for it, maybe adobe air, titanium or anything else. Short Description: This app is a kind of reporting and client managing app. A app where the admin can give this app to all his clients. the client installs the app on his computer and can work with it. It should be connected to a webserver. So the Admin can see the data, changes, history etc. on his computer. Its a kind of managing, reporting, and Sales-management app. It should be used to make sales on the site of the client. The client uses this app to sell his own product. It has variable fields etc... But i can send you whole description when you are interested and you are qualified for a high quality app, what is varable, flexible and 100% good coded. This app should be able to create new addons or modules for it.
