Creation of Random Sample Data

I would like a very simple Java application that outputs to text files a collection of random sets of integers. Please note further bid requests will be issued to create java applications that work with and display this data once this project is completed. The datasets are to be created as follows: Inputs from user: Number of datasets to create (X), size (Y) of "dataset universe" (i.e. maximum number of values - Y could be larger than 65535), and the output directory for text files. Program will then create a "universe dataset" of integers from 1 up to Y. Program will then create X datasets, each of random size (between 1 and Y), and fill the dataset with values from the dataset universe at random. When complete, the program will output text files containing the universal dataset and all subsequently created random subsets. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on Windows XP, with the java source code able to be compiled on this platform without requiring the buyer to purchase 3rd party libraries.
