CEPRO Plesk Repair

repair my Plesk server under windows/IIS platform. The previuos coder has made installation for upload video script, however he could not set up properly Plesk for accepting large video files.? How stated, his has made these actions: " 1) Edited file %windows%/Microsoft.NET/2.0.~/CONFIG/[login to view URL], 2) Edited param: "maxRequestSize" Then has runned command "iisreset /restart" After these actions the service PleskControlPanel could not started at all. the video upload capability worked on the coder's server but did not work on mine. so a person with the expertise should be able to fix this very quickly. the site is at [login to view URL] username: sean password: 123456 go to CEPRO Author, try to upload a video that is 30 minutes long. this is what has to be accomplished. ## Deliverables you need to be trustworthy and professional
