BlackBerry Chatting software

i am looking for a blackberry chatting software simply to install this software in a server then blackberry mobile users can setup the client version in there devices there are going to be groups and rooms categorised as the following: 1- Countries 2- Languages 3- Rooms there is a Public rooms and private rooms you can invite people to your private room every user has a Number -- this number will contain information about the user like his name his Blackberry messenger code, his his mobile number his twitter his facebook and all other information he would like to share every time user invites him he could share spicefic items for example i invited you and i just want you to share my email only nothing else . chatting rooms will contain Voice sending and text righting people can check themselvs as online or busy or hiddin colors and pictures sounds should be part of the project NOTE: I DONT WANT CODERS WHO ARE ASKING TO DO THE EXACT THING I WROTE I WANT CREATVE PEOPLE DOING IT BASED ON STANDARDS AND BASED ON USERFRIENDLY WAY. i am not sure if this software need to be programmed in which way but i am sure you can find a way
