Bulk Email Sending

PLEASE READ THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU MAKE THE BID. I have a paid web hosting account with email services. I also have a landing page there. I receive bulk amount of emails (eg:10,000) everyday and its not possible for me to answer all these emails individually. So, I made some common reply massages for all of my clients. These are text emails with a link and contain no attachments. The issue is I wanna send those replys to all the email addresses at a time. I need to send the replys 2-3 times a day. And all emails must go inbox. In the process, you may need to collect the email addresses from the data base to make a email list and also the first names from the responses. Then you need to send a single reply in bulk amount to all the addresses of my email list from my preferred email address in my preferred time. So, your job is to set up the services what is required in my server to make bulk answer to all my emails manually, with one click.
