customize a Wordpress Template

hi the website is [login to view URL] i need 0-i need the home page being [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] without changing the homepage apparence(in other words i want people to acces the page from the midlle instead of from the top) 1-the arrow of the home section need to be white (both) 2-i need to choose wich tag i want to appear in the portfolio ( for exemple every project will be linkes with the "client" name and the "place"- i d like the "place" to appear in those tag but not the "client" name).(i ll be happier to get explaination about how to do this rather than having this task done cause i ll need to do it on other places) 3-in the tag area on the portfolio section i need to add a tag button "מחקר" but i need it to be different from the other tag with 1 px frame and at the end of the line no matter how many tag i will have. 4-about the team person i need the picture and the all team "box " to be 75% more litlle than the current one wich are too big. .i need the team text being black on light grey background 6-the hardest point: i need the menu to stick to the top (as it is right now) but when it s going up to the blog section (top part of the webpage") i need the menu to stick to the bottom part of the page. 7-i need to optimize the website so it wil take up to 2.5 second to load (max 4 second till the final loading) 8- I need the change on the custom style file not on the css style itself 9- i need to know wich files you changes so i ll keep them when i m upgarde the template
