Create a Wordpress Template -- 2

Hello,

Part 1:

I have created a WordPress Blog for my site but need help with the design part of it. I need the Blog to mimic my website with the headers and footers. I need instructions for using/making changes after this part is completed. I need the navigation bars to be the same as my site.

Part 2:

I know there are plugins out there that update Facebook/Twitter/Google+ when you post something on your Blog. Instead of updating each one by one, I want to automate this.

I know this is a quick project, and for someone that is experienced, should not take more than 1 hour.
