Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking for someone with experience in customizing/editing premium wordpress themes, and who have examples of past work to show. I am currently starting to build a wordpress site where people can view various tour packages/accommodation etc. I will be using this premium theme: [login to view URL] I will need help with a couple of things: 1) I need a custom search filtering system as follows: 3 tick boxes: "Journeys", "Lodges" and "Villas" Below that a dropdown menu with the various countries to select, And another dropdown menu - THAT IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN "JOURNEYS" ARE TICKED - for the different types op journeys. And then a search button. Below/behind that we will have an image of Africa. If you click on the image it must link to a different page. 2) Custom Layout of the home page: Below the slider I want the home page to look like the attached document: the 6 blocks with images - and middle top block must have the search filter with image of africa in it. The text in the attached document "Luxury Travel with MyAfrica" can go in the theme's "Prepare To Be Amazed With This Theme" section. There must be the option for the images to link to different pages, as well as a "hover over filter" effect on each image. 3)On this page: [login to view URL] This will be the page where we list the different Hotels/lodges/villas etc, so will need a country drop down filter next to the JQuery filter. We want a drop down filter (for different countries) next to the JQuery filter on this page. 4) Lastly, a bar right at the top of the site (like in the attached document example) where you can select "My Journey" or "Search Journeys". When you hover over it with the mouse it must highlight like the menu section in the theme preview. On the left of the top bar we want to put a plugin shortcode for where you can select different languages. This must be visible from all the pages on the site. Requirements: The look/font style of the customizations must fit the look of the rest of the site. All these changes to the site must be "editable" for if we want to make changes/add to the dropdowns etc in the future. I am looking for a reliable person/company to help me, as I will need more help on future projects.
