Create a Wordpress Template and insert jotform template with 3 linked forms

I'm a construction company that is now planning on beginning a preventative maintenance program for my clients that have multiple stores. We currently do everything manually but i would like to now set up online. I have used jotform to create some online forms which can be accessed by the client through linking the work request forms by a QR tag. Currently i have a "WORK REQUEST FORM". Once the form has been filled out, it auto emails to my employees and they can respond by calling the client and arranging time to complete the work. I would like to extend this form to Auto fill the "WORK COMPLETED FORM" which would be filled out by my employees once work has been completed. The form should include all the "work request form" data and also have fields to be filled by the employee as part of the "work completed form". This form would then be submitted and Auto fill a "Client Feedback Form" which will be emailed back to the client for them to rate the user experience. I would also like to set up a simple wordpress site with a log in a file storage attatched. Like a client portal where they can access a folder full of files which are uploaded by my office. 1. using jotform (because i know how to use this) make 3 forms which link data which will appear as a running form. a. Form A's data. (Client work request) will move into and auto fill Form B's (Work Order) with A's data and have new fields to be filled by the worker during the site visit. Upon the worker filling in their fields on Form B and submitting it, the data will then go to Form C which will have more fields added, to be sent back to the client for feedback. Each form A,B and C will be an extension of the prior form and will appear as one large form. 2. Make simple word press site with a log in function so that client's can access their individual folders and download project documents as they need them. 3. Integrate the jotforms link into the client's area so that they can access the form when they wish to send a work request. The Question in the forms as follows. [login to view URL]
