Create a Wordpress Template - For Woocommerce Plugin Use

We need a wordpress theme created to be used in conjunction with woocommerce plugin.
The theme will be an e-commerce theme and would need to have the following features:
- Woocommerce Plug-in Required
- Product Categories / Custom Product Post Types (integrated with woo commerce)
- /WP-ADMIN dashboard theme options for users:
- Add / Edit Website Logo IMG or Text
- Change Colours of Background
Theme should be coded to highest standards.
Artwork will be provided to create theme from.
PSD will be supplied for this project. Similar in style to 01-Red-01-Home-Page.jpg (Attached).

Please note: You will be provided with HTML files to create the wordpress theme from. The theme will need to be approved by theme forest before payment is paid. If you bid then you are accepting these terms.
