Good day, I have been designing and developing Joomla websites for 6 years and know exactly how to integrate a template into Joomla. You have done most of the hard work and all I will need to do is just code a few thins to have it Joomla compatible. This process shouldnt take more that 30min-1 hr depending how indepth I will have to go but wont cost more than $25. The 1st and 3rd images you sent will use the same template. the secont will be a new template but will be just as quick to customise. Your html site does it have a css file already?
