Create Custom Dashboard Using WooCommerce REST API

We are building a WordPress Multisite for one of our clients.
Each site within the network will utilize WooBookings and WooCommerce to manage reservations and payments. With this method each site will have full control of their own reporting data, but we need to create a solution where corporate has access to all of the site's WooBookings and WooCommerce information in a clean and easy to use dashboard.
We are looking for a developer that has experience using the WooCommerce REST API to create this online dashboard. The dashboard will need to be hosted securely on our servers, require a user login and show WooCommerce/WooBookings reservations, sales, inventory and customer data for all 45 sites within the network. We would like to have charts and graphs on the homepage of the dashboard, that can be organized by date range, store name, store location...etc. We will also need for the dashboard be downloadable to a PDF or exported to an Excel/CSV file. We are still working with the client to define their exact needs for this and will have more detail soon.
